San Marcos' own Herbert's Taco Hut has been dishing out legendary Tex-Mex flavors since 1976. It all started with a dream, a grocery store, and a whole lot of heart. Herbert Sr. and Dora Rizk built this restaurant from the ground up, fueled by a passion for fresh ingredients, bold spices, and creating a welcoming space for the community.
